company is the core of the company and manages the operation of the whole company.Management is a social practice under the action of both external and internal conditions.If you want to make the national economic development,you must pay attention to the survival and development of enterprises.The survival and development of enterprises need to be decided by a qualified manager,and the guiding behavior of managers not only needs theoretical enrichment,but also needs to be concerned about managers.The executive compensation incentive can directly influence the executive to work,the executive to the enterprise enthusiasm.Research and development investment has hysteresis and uncertain returns.Some studies believe that the executive compensation incentive does not necessarily have position.The innovation of manufacturing technology flows in the industry like blood,which makes life last.Technological innovation requires investment in research and development,and research and development investment is an essential capital outflow for enterprises.Because China's policy support is large,so the number of Chinese listed companies is more,in order to better study some problems,this article selects the Chinese manufacturing industry listed companies as the research object,the data of listed companies as the research data,the full text of sample selection of Chinese manufacturing listedcompanies,put it as A sample,the data from Shenzhen stock exchange and Shanghai A shares the mainboard.In different life cycles of an enterprise,the planning to be made by the enterprise is different,and the decisions made by senior executives are also different in different life cycles of the enterprise.The executive compensation incentive is different in different stages,so the research conclusion is different in each life cycle.In order to analyze the existing research into a specific stage,this dissertation selects the mature stage of enterprises.Because in the mature stage,all conditions of the enterprise are mature and stable,and the fluctuation effect of the research will be reduced.This dissertation studies the overall perspective from the incentive mechanism,enterprise life cycle(corporate maturity stage),to study the executive compensation incentive,R&D,expected in the study of the existing various can stand out from the crowd at maturity stage,to perfect China's executive compensation incentive system,standardize enterprise management enterprise R&D investment,enhance the level of enterprise financial performance to provide empirical evidence.It is also hoped that the existing research can be refined and relevant Suggestions can be put forward to supplement the research in this aspect.In this dissertation,the research also helps companies identify,corporate executives at mature stage,the enterprise is how to,build more the importance of reasonable compensation incentive mechanism,through the reasonable design salary incentive mechanism,arouse the enthusiasm of executive management research and development activities,and obtain the best R&D performance,to cultivate enterprise's core competitiveness.Through the continuous
