Research On Financial Services Provided By Dongying Branch Of Agricultural Bank Of China For Supporting Agricultural Industrialization

The rural financial system can be divided into three parts,namely the financial service system of individual farmers,the financing system for agricultural industrialization,and the investment financing system for rural urbanization,in accordance with the classification of The Three Rural Issues(agriculture,rural areas and farmers)and different characteristics of their financial demand.However,The Three Rural Issues should be solved systematically rather than separately.In fact,there is only one rural financial system that has to meet the financial demands of farmers,agriculture and rural areas simultaneously.Therefore,given it is really a tough task for building the rural financial system,an ideal breach or entry point shall be found.With respect to the relationship of The Three Rural Issues,agricultural industrialization is highly interconnected with income growth of farmers and rural urbanization,suggesting that agricultural industrialization is the key to solving The Three Rural Issues.On the other side,reasonable allocation of financial resources and scientific construction of the financing system for agricultural industrialization also play a leading role in promoting agricultural industrialization.Given that agricultural industrialization functions as a linkage between income growth of farmers and rural urbanization,how to establish a scientific financing system for agricultural industrialization will be the focus of the reform of rural financial system.The Dongying Branch of Agricultural Bank of China was selected as the object of study to explore its financial support for agricultural industrialization.Appropriate development strategies were provided accordingly,with a view to helping theDongying Branch further improve its service level for The Three Rural Issues,increase its allocation efficiency of financial resources,relieve the shortage of financial service and promote local agricultural industrialization.Meanwhile,it also has certain practical significance in improving overall agricultural production capacity,developing the rural economy rapidly,and driving the income growth of farmers.
