Entrepreneurial Teams'Network,Dyad Learning And Knowledge Performance In Business Incubators

The sustained and healthy development of entrepreneurial teams is inseparable from the support of knowledge.As an important platform for cultivating and supporting entrepreneurial teams,business incubators provide various key resources including knowledge for the development of entrepreneurial teams.However,previous research on knowledge management of business incubators mainly focuses on incubators providing knowledge service to entrepreneurial teams and ignores the important role of knowledge exchange between entrepreneurial teams in business incubator.At the same time,most of simulation studies on organizational learning equally regard individuals of an organization,which neglects the difference between individuals in an organization.In addition,previous studies on evolutionary game in complex networks mainly focuses on evolutionary game in static networks,but there is little focus on dynamic networks.Therefore,this paper focuses on the knowledge learning and sharing behavior among the entrepreneurial teams in business incubators.On the one hand,this paper fully considers the network structure among entrepreneurial teams,and divides the individuals of entrepreneurial teams into two levels: leaders and members.On the other hand,this paper combines the evolutionary game theory on complex network and the exit and entry mechanism of entrepreneurial teams in incubators,and establishes an evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing among entrepreneurial teams.Then,the Matlab software is used to simulate the knowledge learning and sharing behavior among entrepreneurial teams in business incubators.The results of the research on knowledge learning between entrepreneurial teams suggest that:(1)in the research of single layer knowledge learning among entrepreneurial teams,the learning rate between entrepreneurial teams and entrepreneurial team knowledge level in balance are negatively related.And in the entrepreneurial team,higher learning rate of leaders and lower learning rate of members helps to improve the entrepreneurial team knowledge level.(2)In the research of double layers knowledge learning among entrepreneurial teams,there is an inverted-U relationship between the probability of connection between different entrepreneurial teams' members and team knowledge level.And moderate learning between members and that between the leader and members can improve organizational knowledge level within an entrepreneurial team.In different entrepreneurial teams,the condition for improving team knowledge level is slow learning between leaders and moderate learning between members.The results of the research on knowledge sharing evolutionary game between entrepreneurial teams show that:(1)in different connection probabilities,the evolutionary stable strategy of evolutionary game between entrepreneurial teams is knowledge sharing in business incubator.And the greater probability of entrepreneurial teams connects,the shorter time evolution stable strategy reaches.(2)with entrepreneurial teams' exit and entry,the average path length,clustering coefficient,average degree,central potential of entrepreneurial team's network yield periodic fluctuation trend in the evolution process,as well as total knowledge in incubator and average knowledge of entrepreneurial teams.Moreover,with different connection probabilities,these the indexes change differently.
