With the development of society,the new economic model of sharing economy has aroused widespread concern.In particular,the field of traffic and transportation is closer to people’s lives and has a great impact on people’s lives,and people’s travel habits have undergone great changes.Car-hailing service can be used as a typical representative of the shared economic traffic area.However,passenger trust problem is worrying.How to improve the passenger trust is an urgent problem to be solved.This study starts from the analysis of trust in sharing economy,then it analyzes the impact of shared economic transport field trust in many factors,finally,it comes to the passenger trust.With the establishment of passenger trust evaluation system,it is easy to promote the sharing of economic traffic travel Healthy development.Based on a large number of literature research and expert interviews,this study summarizes the five factors that affect passengers’ trust: personal characteristics of passengers,characteristics of car-hailing service platform,technical factors of mobile cafes,characteristics of caravan drivers and external environmental factors.And build a passengers trust impact model.Then questionnaires were distributed and collected through online channels through questionnaires,and 240 samples were obtained.Descriptive statistics,reliability and validity test of the obtained data were used to test and correct the trust model by using structural equation.The results of the analysis show that there are 12 key factors that affect the trustworthiness of passengers,that is,trust tendency,past experience,platform reputation,platform size,perceived usefulness,design level,Information completeness,Driving Skills,Perceived Security,Service Quality,Legal Constraints,and Third Party Assurance.Then,based on the key factors obtained by structural equation model verification,this paper constructs the evaluation system of passengers’ trust rating,and at the same time,uses BP neural network model to estimate the passenger trust of passengers.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,put forward the opinions and suggestions to enhance the trust of passengers.Summarized the research results and deficiencies,and put forward the direction of further improvement. |
