With the continuous development of economy and technology,the convenience of information exchange and the diversification of shopping channels have become a major trend.In this context,the consumer’s sense of shopping is also gradually escalating.In the process of purchasing a product,if the desired product is not found at the first target retailer,the consumer may purchase the substitute product or select another retailer who has a stock.We call such consumers strategic consumers.In the face of such a situation,providing goods with higher service levels for consumers has become one of the important ways for the supply chain to enhance its competitiveness.Customers of retailers with lower service levels will gradually lose their customers and the service level will be higher.The company’s market share will increase.At the same time,the level of service delivery has also become an important reference for consumers to select retailers.In the context of random yield,This article defines the retailer’s service level from the perspective of supply service level,considers the purchase behavior of strategic consumers affected by the retailer service level,and then studies the two-level supply chain inventory decision consisting of single supplier and single retailer.The thesis is mainly from the following four aspects:(1)In this study,first,the supplier decides the input amount according to the constraints of the market service level.After obtaining the actual output,in order to reduce the influence of the output uncertainty,the supplier will carry out replenishment and provide the goods to the retailer,and finally the retailer It will compete rationally with consumers in the sales stage.(2)The option contract is introduced into the supply chain for optimization,and it is found that the supply chain cannot be perfectly coordinated,and the subsidy contract is introduced on the basis of the option contract to realize the coordination and optimization of the supply chain.(3)A supply chain model that influences the demand level of service is established.After the actual output reaches the basic service level constraint,the market demand demanded by the supply chain will increase.In some cases,we get an equilibrium solution.In the part where we can’t get an equilibrium solution,we carry out numerical simulation to analyze.
