In recent years,the development environment of the online language education market in China has been excellent.Various types of language arts training institutions have mushroomed.However,due to the low threshold of the education and training industry and the immature and imperfect education system at the current stage,most of the managers are eager for quick success and instant benefits.This not only results in low teaching quality,but also lacks in-depth marketing research,which results in the company's lack of unique market competitiveness.This has caused the reputation of the entire speech training market to deteriorate.Therefore,a reasonable marketing plan must be developed to enable companies to produce products with unique style and market competitive advantages in the current highly competitive speech industry,and to convey the company's own brand and value,thus allowing the entire speech training.The market has entered a healthy development.This article takes the Y company's speech products as the research object.Firstly,it uses the PEST model and Porter's five force model to conduct comprehensive control and analysis of Y company's external macro environment and the internal micro-environment of the company;then according to the internal and external environment Analyze and use the SWOT analysis method to summarize the current situation of Y company,and through the SWOT analysis matrix,formulate a marketing strategy that can promote the company's good development and effective;then use the STP marketing theory to market the Y company's products.,Find out the force point of marketing work;then,using the 4C marketing mix theory,from the customer point of view,study customer needs,costs,consumer convenience,communication skills,so as to get a set of consumer-centric marketing strategy;Finally,analyze the safeguard measures for marketing work from the angles of manpower,finance,technology,and corporate culture.This article has far-reaching significance for the future development of Y Company,which can promote the rapid development of the company and promote the company to achieve its strategic objectives.It also has a good reference for the strategic study of the entire speech training industry.
