The standard product is used to ensure the reliability of the test data in analytical test,common in medicine,food,environment,agriculture and other industries.With the improvement of people’s living standards and the frequent occurrence of food safety,environmental pollution and fraud in the pharmaceutical industry in recent years,people pay more and more attention to the quality of products,especially in the pharmaceutical industry.The country for the pharmaceutical industry is often a heavy blow to the rectification,determination of the strong,unprecedented strength must be as soon as possible to change the history of industry problems and industry status quo,and drug standards for drug research and development,testing links must use a product,which is pushing the pharmaceutical standards market continues to grow.R trade company has focused on various types of standard agent for several years,involved in quite complicated industry.Although the total sales of all categories standards was more than 50%,it is not really deeply understood of this industry,a solid foundation has not been achieved for cooperation with customers.Although the company’s performance remains stable in recent years,the large marketing behavior or companies did not appeared and its marketing management model has not been adjusted all the time.Theoretically,this kind of position of the trade market is risky.In the face of many competitors,most companies are satisfied with the existing state of affairs and reluctant to move forward,which means concessions in competition,enterprises would be exposed in danger when unawareness of risk and competition.Therefore,R company tend to adjust its market position,from a simple trader transfer to service providers in the drug standard market,committed to solve various problems for customers in the use of drug standards and improve the friendly relations of the customer.This paper was based on the logic of research and R company was treated as the object of research.We proposed and analyze the questions and the final solution was launched through thoroughly analysis and research.Firstly,this paper introduced the standard market and the breakdown of the situation.Then,we analyzed the macro situation of standards market and our own company’s advantages,to pave the way for next analysis of problem.Secondly,the author analyzed the current problems of R Company in the market and existing strategy problems.Thirdly,through the analysis of macro and microcosmic environment,the marketing environment of R company was analyzed and compared comprehensively.Finally,the marketing strategy of R Company is analyzed with STP and 4P theory.Combined withaspects of subdivided market,targeted market and market position,we proposed the optimized strategies and improvement advice aimed to the marketing strategy of R Company.
