City's Water Supplying is the lifeline of social stability and development.After more than ten years of market exploration,the water supply industry in China is more scientific than ever in operation efficiency and management level.But focusing on needs of users is still more insufficient than ones participating in market competition generally and the overall service quality is lower than which the market expect for China's water supply enterprises as with strong colors of the planned economy.All industries' service level required by the whole society will just higher and higher in the service economy era that enterprise is paying more attention to the service quality of themselves.Therefore,in order to adapt to the market and get more market recognition,it is the only choice that improving the quality of service continuously and meeting the needs of users more and striving for excellence in service management for China's water supply enterprises.G-city water supply company that has served 110 years for users is a typical one of domestic water supply enterprises.They are facing the difficult problems that complaints increased year by year and the rate of the re-complaints be high and be supervised by media more than before in the process of providing service for society.So,it is an urge need that improving the quality of service for them to response to the social demands that achieving better service in water supplying.This thesis was carried out with the ideas of raising,analyzing and solving problems strictly,which on the basis of understanding the company's current situation fully and getting a variety of key data of their service management.First,it generalized five main problems in the management of service quality through analyzing the data of user's complains which in the year of 2014.Secondly,it found out the causes of these problems by analyzing charts and figures and interviewing key members.Last,according to the practice,it put forward the improvement strategy which base on the essential cause of each problem,and summarized the relevant management experience.It attached importance to not only the objectivity of the argument but also the feasibility of the improvement strategy in the writing process of this thesis.And its research findings will give meaningful reference for service management in the same industry.
