Since the financial crisis in 2008,the development of China’s inbound tourism market has steadily risen.As an important component of inbound tourism,the inbound tourism of cruise ships has poor market performance.How to promote the development of cruise inbound tourism in China is an urgent issue to be resolved.Therefore,by studying the relevant literature of the destination and analyzing the status and bottleneck of the destination response,a destination response system for cruise ship inbound tourism is constructed and used by tourists.The perception evaluation of the destination response system and the tourist motivation of inbound tourism are the basic points.Through on-the-spot market research,the status quo and inadequacies of the destination response system are analyzed in depth using grey correlation analysis,factor analysis,etc.Sexuality proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving the destination response system of cruise inbound tourism.The relevant research results have positive theoretical and practical significance for cruise products to drive the destination economy,integrate tourism resources,and better build the homeport of China.The main research contents of this paper include the following parts:(1)Through literature review,the theory of cruise tourism supply and demand,destination response basic theory,the theory of tourism perception value,indicates that the relationship between the supply and demand of cruise tourism needs to be further explored,and the necessity of the research on the perceived evaluation of the destination response system is put forward.(2)Based on the destination response present situation and the bottleneck in our country,combining the influence factors of destination response system,and finally from the tourist environment,cruise policy,marketing,tourism talents four dimensions to the destination response system framework.On the basis of this,the characteristics and functions of the destination response system are explained.(3)In Shanghai,for example,on the basis of field investigation,from the perspective of tourists,use SPSS,grey correlation analysis on Shanghai destination response system of sensory evaluation as the research analysis,found that tourist destination in Shanghai response system of overall evaluation of general perception.Cruise through factor analysis,and the inbound tourists travel motive,understand the cruise inbound tourists tourist motives are divided into four categories: "the experience and knowledge","prestige","thrill","relaxation".The main conclusions:(1)There are some deficiencies in China’s destination response system,including the inadequacy of the cruise inbound travel policy,the incompleteness of the cruise port supporting facilities system,the insufficient marketing of the cruise inbound tourism,the insufficiency of upstream cruise products,and the need for further training of talents..(2)Through the perception and evaluation of cruise ship inbound tourists and the analysis of tourism motivation,compared to the result orientation,cruise ship inbound tourists pay more attention to the process orientation,and inbound tourists pay attention to the overall experience and feelings of the cruise tour and the destination shore upstream.Products are products that can bring "two-way communication" and thus enhance their perception of evaluation.(3)Motivation of cruise liners inbound tourists: experience and knowledge,prestige,stimulating and relaxation,among which experience and knowledge are the largest.Therefore,in response to the nature of tourist demand for tourists,visitors’ perceptions can be better improved. |
