At the end of the 20 th century,the photovoltaic industry has become the most emerging industry with the most potential and the most promising development in the world.It has witnessed a rapid growth rate of 40% to 70% annually.Any breakthrough in this area will result in the utilization of human future energy Revolutionary Influence However,since 2011,the photovoltaic industry has been hit by a series of negative factors such as the second global economic slowdown and the "double reverse" between Europe and the United States.The balance of supply and demand has been shattered.The market has shrunk sharply.Orders have drastically decreased.Plummeted and extremely difficult financing problems came one after another.Most enterprises experienced operational difficulties,losses,layoffs,production cuts and even discontinued production.The photovoltaic industry has rapidly entered a cold winter.Faced with changes in the domestic and international market forms and business expansion,SMIC also faces new challenges and opportunities.Soon,SMIC should not only expand the scale of production to meet the growing market demand,but also need to optimize from the aspects of market positioning,cost control,production standards,technological advantages and humanistic development.Therefore,it is necessary to plan for the next development strategy of SMIC to be able to analyze the actual situation of SMIC development and make plans,grasp the opportunities and upgrade SMIC to a new level of development.In this paper,the literature research,qualitative analysis and empirical analysis of the strategic development of enterprise management related to a systematic exposition,and then conducted a PEST analysis of SMIC and Porter five forces analysis of the current business environment in which the external environment,Industry competition and many other factors.The SMIC internal environment was studied in terms of organizational structure,human resources,financial management,and business model.It put forward specific implementation suggestions for SMIC’s strategic development safeguard measures,human resources strategy,production and marketing strategy,and marketing strategy.It is believed that the current SMIC company needs to further optimize the organizational structure,strengthen human resources management,adopt refined influence,and innovate technological research and development capabilities.Hope that through this study can provide a theoretical reference for the strategic development of the photovoltaic industry. |
