Equity incentives appear in the enterprise in the form of an incentive system.The purpose is to turn the core employees of the enterprise into shareholders of the enterprise and work harder for the enterprise.At a time when competition in all walks of life is becoming more and more fierce,companies are paying more attention to the application of such incentive systems.By appropriate incentives for specific employees,the company not only allows the core staff to be willing to stay in the company,but also enhances the enthusiasm of the motivated employees,so that employees can achieve the task of enterprise development while achieving self-value realization.This article takes Qingdao Haier Co.,Ltd.as the research object,mainly considering Qingdao Haier as the leader of the domestic white goods industry.After the first equity incentive implemented in 2009,it received positive feedback from the domestic capital market at the time,and the enterprise The financial indicators of all aspects also showed an upward trend,which also opened the chapter of Qingdao Haier’s four equity incentives.Therefore,this paper systematically discusses and analyzes the effects of Qingdao Haier’s previous equity incentives.It not only sees its success but also explores the areas where it is not perfect,which leads to some enterprises in the process of formulating and implementing the equity incentive plan.Suggestions that need attention.This paper is divided into five parts.Firstly,the research background,purpose and significance of this paper are described respectively,and the related researches on equity incentives by domestic and foreign scholars are summarized.Then the main concepts,types and common evaluation methods of equity incentives are made.Explain;afterwards,after a brief introduction to the four incentive programs,the short-term wealth effect and various financial indicators will be analyzed separately.Finally,the paper will be analyzed and summarized,and the other companies will be listed from the three aspects of the enterprise itself,the external environment and institutional policies.The company provides the author’s advice.This paper analyzes the process of Qingdao Haier’s previous implementation of equity incentives.It is found that Qingdao Haier can analyze and summarize its previous incentive programs in a timely manner,pay more attention to the incentive and training of core technical staff,and set up scientific and reasonable exercise.The term has played a role in improving its financial aspects;and the market reaction has not been significantly positively biased by equity incentives due to the influence of the domestic economic environment and industry competition.Through the study of Qingdao Haier case,this paper believes that in order to better play the positive effect of equity incentives,enterprises should improve the internal governance environment,formulate scientific appropriate incentive programs and strictly enforce them,so that the effectiveness of equity incentives can be maximized.Good;secondly,China needs to build a better manager market and a sound capital market to provide a good external environment for enterprises.
