Research On The Financing Risk Of Logistics Inventory Pledge

With the deepening of the strategy of "one belt and one road" and the supply side reform of the state,the logistics industry ushered in a rare opportunity for development,and the integration of logistics and financial industry continued to deepen.Logistics finance is a business mode of symbiotic development under the background of the development of logistics industry and financial industry,which realizes the win-win situation of financial institutions,logistics enterprises and financing enterprises.However,due to the relatively short time of developing logistics financial business in China,most of the participants learn from foreign experience and carry out business in their own exploration,so in the business process,whether financial institutions,logistics enterprises or small and medium-sized enterprises are facing many unpredictable problems.The related issues of logistics finance have also become a hot topic for scholars.Among them,inventory pledge financing is one of the most widely used business models in logistics finance.However,the development of inventory pledge financing mode in China is not yet mature,and there is no perfect information sharing platform between participants and the legal system is not perfect.Therefore,in the development of inventory pledge financing mode of logistics financial services,logistics enterprises in such mode may face risks and risk prevention measures become the motivation of this study.Starting from the related theories of logistics finance and inventory pledge financing,this paper summarizes the development status of inventory pledge financing business in logistics enterprises,and expounds the significance of inventory pledge financing and the role of logistics enterprises in business.Finally,from six aspects:pledge risk,logistics enterprise internal risk,technology and operation risk,financing enterprise risk,contract risk,environmental risk,the logistics enterprise participating in inventory pledge financing risk is summarized and analyzed.According to the risk factors of logistics enterprises,the risk evaluation index of inventory pledge financing is selected.In order to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation index,this paper scored the importance of the evaluation index by questionnaire,analyzed the reliability and validity of the evaluation index by SPSS software,and established the final evaluation index system after screening out the index that did not meet the requirements.This paper uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to construct the risk evaluation model of inventory pledge financing,and evaluates the risk of logistics enterprises participating in inventory pledge financing.Finally,the constructed risk assessment model is applied to specific business cases.According to the evaluation results,risk aversion suggestions are provided for the case enterprises,and combined with the latest wind control methods,preventive countermeasures aregiven for logistics enterprises to engage in inventory pledge financing risks.
