Research On The Linkage Development Of My Country's Logistics Efficiency And Manufacturing Technology Upgrading

Based on the development foundation of logistics and manufacturing industry in the eight major economic zones of China,this paper firstly analyses and establishes the theoretical basis for the linkage development of logistics efficiency and manufacturing technology upgrading;secondly,it uses data envelopment analysis method to measure and analyze the internal efficiency of the two industries;secondly,it uses grey correlation method to calculate and analyze the internal efficiency results;finally,it uses the aggregation situation of production factors.The manufacturing industry is classified into three sub-industries: labor,capital and technology intensive.The current situation analysis shows that the manufacturing industry in the three coastal economic zones is ahead of the northeast and northwest in terms of technology and scale.There is a big gap in the depth of the linkage between the two industries,and the coastal areas still lead the backward areas by a large margin.In terms of logistics efficiency calculation,coastal areas are better than inland areas,mainly because of fixed assets investment and cargo turnover.In the aspect of manufacturing technology upgrading,the comprehensive efficiency value of each economic zone has increased significantly around 2010,and there are insufficient or redundant problems in fixed assets investment,main business income and total profit.In the overall linkage development of the two industries,the correlation between comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency is not more than 0.85(very strong).Except for the Northwest region,the correlation between scale efficiency of the two industries in other regions is much better than that between comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency.The correlation degree of the three indicators is volatile,but the correlation degree of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in most areas shows an increasing trend.The calculation of sub-industries shows that in terms of efficiency,labor,capital and technology intensive sub-industries have higher efficiency values in all economic zones,especially in Northwest China.In terms of relaxation variables,there is no redundancy between input-side labor and capital intensive manufacturing,and the ratio is in the best state.The total assets redundancy exists at the input end of technology-intensive manufacturing industry in Northwest China.The problem of insufficient output mainly appears in the total profit and the output value of industrial sales,reflecting the low added value of its products.In the aspect of linkage development,the three major economic zones along the coast and the three sub-industries in the Huangzhong and Changzhong regions are better than those in the northeast,southwest and northwest regions,but there is still much room for improvement.The correlation coefficients between technology upgrading efficiency and logistics efficiency of three sub-industries in the eastern coast,Huangzhong and Changzhong regions are on the rise,while the labor and capital intensive industries in the southwest are on the same level,but lower than the technology intensive industries.The joint development of capitalintensive manufacturing and logistics in the northern and southern coastal areas is the best.
