With the deepening of market economy,the degree of marketization of agricultural circulation industry in China is deepening,and the number of agricultural circulation enterprises is increasing rapidly.More and more competitors join the agricultural circulation industry.Traditional agricultural circulation enterprises have been greatly impacted.In this context,whether small and medium-sized agricultural wholesale enterprises can effectively formulate marketing strategies and win more market share has become the key to determine the core competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,Suqian DM Agricultural Sales Co.,Ltd.in Jiangsu Province as the research object,on the basis of a large number of previous studies on marketing,from the perspective of target customer demand to study and formulate effective marketing strategies.Firstly,this paper studies the actuality of marketing strategy implementation of Suqian DM Agricultural Sales Co.,Ltd.in Jiangsu Province,and based on the results of market research,analyses its marketing strategy,finds out the problems existing in the marketing strategy of the company.Secondly,it analyses the marketing environment of the company through PEST and Porter's five-force analysis,uses SWOT to analyze the internal environment of the enterprise,and through STP and other phases.Relevant theory,with the help of questionnaires to study the needs of the target customers of DM company,according to the survey results,put forward solutions to the above problems.This paper makes a field visit and investigation on the implementation of marketing strategy of Suqian DM Agricultural Sales Co.,Ltd.in Jiangsu Province,studies the current situation of marketing of the enterprise,and puts forward countermeasures,aiming at putting forward countermeasures and references for many domestic agricultural enterprises in similar situations,taking Suqian DM Agricultural Sales Co.,Ltd.as a representative.
