| Working capital is the foundation of the company’s development and the core of its operations.The emphasis on enterprise development is inseparable from the emphasis on corporate working capital management.At present,with the development of global integration,the convergence of national economies has deeply affected the development trend of enterprises in various countries.Enterprises have been optimising the industrial chain from the perspective of strategic and integrated.Under the background of this era,the “channel chain” has gradually become the mainstream of enterprise development.At the same time,under the premise of low financial risk,enterprises can improve the management efficiency of working capital to achieve the economic profit of enterprises by rationally allocating resources.The goal and the strategic height of corporate development have become a problem for managers.In recent years,China’s working capital management theory has developed.An innovative system that combines research on working capital management research with channel relationship management,supply chain management and customer relationship management,proposed by Professor Wang Zhuquan.The working capital management system based on channel management provides a new solution for enterprises to solve this problem.Ideas.However,how to combine this innovative theoretical system with the actual business of the enterprise and the operating mode of the enterprise,and the differences between the enterprises are still worthy of further study.The manufacturing industry such as wire and cable is intensive,and the requirements for working capital are relatively high.It is inevitable for enterprises to have a highly efficient management method of working capital.This paper studies the working capital management of W electromagnetic wire manufacturing enterprise through literature research method,field research method and case study method.Firstly,based on the traditional working capital factor,it analyzes the current situation of W company working capital management,and points out the traditional working capital.Insufficient management methods.Then through the channel perspective analysis,the characteristics of W company’s working capital management are obtained: good reputation,cost control to reduce working capital investment,and small proportion of inventory.It also concludes that the company’s working capital management concept is backward,the working capital management system is not perfect,the procurement channel working capital accounted for too high,the proportion of product working capital is too high and the scrap rate is high,and the proportion of receivables is unreasonable.Problems such as high pressure.Based on the actual situation of W company,this paper establishes a working capital management framework based on channel management,including procurement channels,production channels,sales channels,investment activities,including supplier evaluation system,implementation of risk internal control and supervision,and further reduction of inventory inventory backlog.The problem is to reduce the scrap rate,strengthen the management of products,strengthen the handling of customer relationships,improve the handling of receivables,purchase wealth management products or other appropriate investments,and appropriately borrow short-term debt to help companies stabilize their cash flow.In many existing case studies,there are few researches on working capital in the electromagnetic wire industry,so the research in this paper has certain reference significance for the same industry. |
