A Study On The Internal Control Of RD's Housing Leasing Business

As the overall level of development of the world economy continues to rise,a new situation has emerged--the global market environment has slowly taken shape.As a result,domestic enterprises have developed through reform and innovation.The world situation has developed and more foreign enterprises have been introduced into the Chinese market.It made competition in all walks of life fierce and accelerated the process of reform.Housing leasing management is of great significance in regulating market order,preventing rent disputes and building a harmonious society.State-owned enterprises,as renters of housing leases,have higher substantive requirements in the management of leases.The relevant laws and regulations governing the management of State-owned assets must be strictly observed.On the one hand,we must standardize the procedures,open and fair,and ensure the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets;On the other hand,we should make full use of the internal control system,carry out effective risk control and prevention,and guard against each other.This article mainly uses the method of combining theoretical research with case study,using the principal agency theory,enterprise strategic management theory,contract theory,etc.,and takes RD company's house leasing business as the research object,and mainly leases real estate income items.In-depth study on the internal control of housing rental business and propose appropriate improvement plans.Through reference to the domestic and foreign research results of the internal control of housing leasing,the overall situation of RD companies and the internal control of housing leasing business are introduced first,and then the five elements of internal control are used to conduct research and analysis.It is hoped that after the shortcomings can be improved,RD's main business can be further developed and stand firm in the increasingly fierce competition.It also puts forward some suggestions for improving the operation procedure and internal control system of the management of the real estate rental in state-owned enterprises.
