In recent years,the competition between commercial Banks has become more and more fierce.In the fierce market competition,due to the serious homogeneity of products and services,the core competitiveness of commercial Banks ultimately comes from human resources.Customer manager is the most important and the largest group at the grass-roots level of Banks.However,in G bank,due to the lack of reasonable performance management,the subjective initiative of the customer manager is not strong and the working atmosphere is not good,which leads to the sluggish performance growth of the bank and the increasingly difficult management.This paper starts with the four links of performance management,combines questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate the current situation of customer manager performance management in G bank.Through research,it is found that the problems in the performance management of customer managers of G bank are as follows: unreasonable formulation of performance plans,lack of performance monitoring links,excessive emphasis on financial indicators in the setting of performance assessment indicators,imperfect performance feedback mechanism and so on.The main reasons for these problems are as follows: the performance management is not perfect,the performance plan is not combined with the bank's strategic objectives,and the managers have insufficient understanding of performance management.In view of these problems and their causes,this paper uses performance management tools such as balanced scorecard and KPI to optimize the performance management of customer manager of G bank.By setting performance targets according to the bank's strategy,improving the performance monitoring process,carrying out performance assessment step by step,and strengthening and improving the performance feedback and application,the performance assessment system for customer managers of G bank can be more scientific,rational and complete.At the same time,this paper also puts forward a series of guarantee measures from the level of organizational culture,system and information system to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized customer manager performance management.Through a series of optimization designs,G bank has been helped to improve the performance management of customer managers,so as to achieve a good cycle of performance management,so as to build a team of customer managers with high performance,enhance the core competitiveness of G bank,and truly achieve long-term stable development.
