With the advancement of interest rate marketization reform,the widening of market pricing and the expansion of interest rate volatility will inevitably have a major impact on the living environment and management of Chinese commercial banks.Interest rate fluctuation makes banks bear more risks,so it is necessary to analyse and supervise interest rate risk.However,the current interest rate monitoring function mainly relies on the manual use of the loan system module,and has problems such as large workload,low automation,error prone,and vulnerability to interference.Therefore,an independent,comprehensive and applicable interest rate monitoring and analysis system is urgently needed,which has reduced the labor intensity of manual operations,improved work efficiency,it guarantees the accuracy of data and makes it more complete,and gives a data analysis model with high reliability.Based on the research characteristics of Bank of China Inner Mongolia Branch,this paper analyzes the actual needs of commercial bank business personnel and users,and combines the common characteristics of commercial banks to find out the shortcomings and shortcomings of the original three-tier browser/server(B/S)architecture system.Designed,the system architecture is designed to implement interest rate analysis and monitoring systems,integrated data import,data statistics query,data analysis,report export,data maintenance and system setup.The interest rate analysis and monitoring system uses a four-tier B/S architecture and is developed using the J2 EE specification.It mainly uses core technologies such as JSP,Servlet,JDBC,JMS,JAVA Bean and EJB.Finally,the system was thoroughly tested,and the actual application proved that the system achieved the expected design goals.The system test and usage results show that the system can help the bank staff to complete the interest rate use interval and system usage rights settings,and can monitor the bank interest rate usage and handle violations.The system has the characteristics of rich functions,clear structure,high efficiency,easy to expand and maintain,convenient for users to use,reduce error rate,improve the accuracy and effectiveness of data,and improve the service quality of banks.
