Research On The Development Model Of Vertical Integration Of E-commerce Logistics

After a period of rapid development of e-commerce market,the problems in its development process are gradually exposed.The frequent occurrence of loss,delay,warehouse burst and other phenomena in shopping festival such as "double 11" and "618" illustrates the problem.According to monitoring data released by the national e-commerce research center,In the past decade,the complaints about logistics and distribution have been at the forefront of the hot issues of e-commerce complaints.Logistics distribution at the end of the industrial chain plays a crucial role in the future development of e-commerce enterprises.E-commerce enterprises have realized this and begun to pay attention to the logistics service quality of the platform and take corresponding measures.For example,Alibaba cooperates with logistics company to build the fourth party logistics platform,and other self-run e-commerce enterprises establish their own logistics systems.On the other hand,The logistics industry homogenization competition intensifies,the industry development strategy shows the convergence.In addition,logistics enterprises have to increase their labor force in order to cope with the huge order quantity in the period of e-commerce promotion,but this part of labor force is an extra burden in peacetime.In the face of such situation with problems we face at home and abroad,the logistics enterprises have to seek new ways.In order to improve the differentiation ability of enterprises,SF entered the e-commerce market as an industry leader.This paper combines the literature research method and case study method to analyze the vertical integration development mode of different e-commerce logistics.In the basic part of the literature,it reviews the relevant research trends at home and abroad and gives an overview of the current situation and theory of the vertical integration of e-commerce logistics.In case study part,according to the company's financial statements and site related data,evaluation and analysis of different vertical integration development modes are carried out,and the problems encountered in the development process of two different vertical integration modes are put forward.It provides reference for the future management development of e-commerce enterprises and logistics enterprises.
