| In recent years,the degree of integration of commercial banks in China has been continuously strengthened.Commercial banks try to provide one-stop financial services through integrated operation,but whether they can diversify risks and improve the quality and efficiency of asset use through integrated development,so as to meet the inherent requirements of commercial banks to optimize their asset structure needs to be considered.Under the general trend of the development of commercial banks,this paper studies whether the integrated operation improves the income structure to a certain extent,which is conducive to the optimization of the assets structure of commercial banks at present,providing empirical basis for the impact of integrated operation on the optimization of the assets structure of commercial banks in China.Firstly,this paper defines the definition and measurement of integrated management,and introduces the comprehensive development process of China's commercial banks in the past 20 years,its development status,development degree and the results were introduced.On the basis of the theory of portfolio and business synergy,the process of the impact of integrated management on asset structure optimization was discussed.Secondly,an indicator for evaluating whether the asset structure is optimized is constructed,which is measured by comprehensive income and comprehensive risk.Then,the data of 17 representative commercial banks from2012 to 2017 for 6 years were selected for empirical analysis,and the relationship between integrated operation and comprehensive income and comprehensive risk was tested,and the integrated operation to asset structure was analyzed.The impact of optimization was summarized.Finally,on the basis of empirical evidence,combined with the actual situation of the integrated operation of commercial banks in China,itprovides some suggestions for enhancing the asset structure optimization ability of commercial banks. |
