Study On The Evolution Of The Spatial-temporal Pattern Of The Degree Of Openness In The Western Region Of China

With the strengthening of the momentum of economic globalization,China continues to open to the outside world,actively participate in the process of economic globalization,China and the world economic integration process has become increasingly close,which to a certain extent promoted the level of China's opening-up to the outside world.However,due to the limitation of geographical location and natural environment,the opening to the outside world of the western region lags behind that of the southeast coastal area.As a result,the Chinese Government has successively issued a series of guiding policies aimed at the western region,and since the implementation of the strategy of large-scale development of the western region,the opening up to the west has been continuously promoted.The "Belt and Road Initiative" Initiative transforms the Western region from the main Rear area of the past Open to the outside World into a Frontier position The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress once again emphasized "increasing the opening-up of the western region to the outside world."Based on this reality,this paper studies the evolution of the time-and-space pattern of the opening-up of the western region from 2001 to 2017 in the western region since the development of the western development strategy.First of all,this paper expounds the background and significance of this paper,introduces the theory related to this study,and then reviews the development of the western region since2001,mainly including the foreign trade,the introduction of foreign capital and foreign investment.In this paper,the problems existing in the open process are explained,and the characteristics and reasons of the opening-up in the western region are analyzed.The reasons for the change of the opening-up in the western region are analyzed.The analysis of the evolution of the intertemporal pattern is mainly based on the GIS technology and the GeoDa platform,and finally,the characteristics of theevolution of the time-and-space pattern of the opening to the outside of the western region are summarized.It is pointed out that the key points of the western provinces in the open to the outside world and how to realize the linkage between the provinces.
