Research On Financing Efficiency Of New Agricultural Operators In Xining City

With the increasing support of the Party and the government for new agricultural operators,new agricultural operators have become an important force in the development of modern agriculture.Improving the financing efficiency of new agricultural operators is conducive to their sound and rapid development and to the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Therefore,it is necessary to study the financing efficiency of new agricultural operators.Based on the theory of financing structure and financial development,31 new agricultural operators in Xining City were selected to calculate and analyze their financing efficiency,and the reasons for non-DEA efficiency and different types of financing efficiency were further analyzed.The results show that the financing efficiency of Xining's new-type agricultural operators has been improved to a certain extent from 2016 to 2017.However,there are still some shortcomings.The lack of funds and the allocation of self-financing structure are the important factors affecting the financing efficiency of Xining's new agricultural operators.The reason is that the current financing system of both supply and demand sides is not perfect,and the imbalance between supply and demand of new agricultural operators leads to the inadequate financing function and poor financing effect,so that many new agricultural operators can not obtain enough funds to develop themselves at this stage.Accordingly,in view of the problems existing in the financing efficiency of the new-type agricultural operators,the corresponding solutions are put forward from the aspects of the new-type agricultural operators,financial institutions and the government.
