In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's national economy has achieved steady and rapid development,the people's living standards have improved significantly,and the pursuit of high-quality life has gradually increased.While the people pursue food nutrition and health,coarse-grain deep-processed foods are born.At present,while the coarse grain deep processing food industry continues to develop,competition within the industry is becoming more intense,and the level of competition is gradually escalating.Therefore,enterprises in the coarse grain deep processing food industry must rationally plan the company's development strategy to guide the development of the company.DYF Food Company is in the highly competitive domestic coarse grain deep processing food industry.In order to obtain sufficient competitive advantage and maintain sustainable and healthy development,development strategy must be considered as the primary issue.This paper takes the development strategy of DYF Food Company as the research object,first introduces the significance of the topic selection of the development of coarse grain deep processing food industry.The article has guiding significance for DYF Food Company to break the current predicament and realize the further development of the company.Secondly,on the basis of summarizing the relevant theories and analytical tools of strategic management,the basic situation of DYF Food Company and its development status are summarized,including the basic situation of the company,the internal resources analysis of the company,and the internal capability analysis of the company..Thirdly,this article takes the relevant status of DYF Food Company as the premise,starts from the external environment of the enterprise,uses the relevant knowledge of management,accounting,statistics,and PEST analysis tools to analyze the external macro environment where DYF Food Company is located.It also analyzes the development and competition of China's coarse grain raw processed food industry.Next,according to the analysis results of the internal and external environment of DYF Food Company,summarize and analyze the company's external opportunities,external threats,internal advantages and internal disadvantages,and use SWOT analysis tools to select the development strategy form of DYF Food Company,and then determine Development strategy positioning and goals,in the end,from the perspective of human cost leadership strategy,product diversification strategy,brand promotion strategy,multi-marketing channel promotion strategy,aerospace food strategy,the DYF food company's development strategy has made corresponding recommendations.Finally,the conclusions of this paper are studied.Briefly review the work carried out in this paper and summarize the conclusions of the three studies.The research results of this paper can not only provide reference for the strategic layout of DYF Food Company,but also hope to provide reference for the development strategy of similar coarse grain deep processing food enterprises.
