Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Core Enterprise Network Capability On Enterprise Performance

In recent years,as consumers' demand for green and pollution-free agricultural products is increasing,the government is paying close attention to agricultural pollution control,and the green operation of Agri-product Supply Chains is particularly important.At the same time,more and more companies are gradually recognizing the importance of Green Supply Chain planning for companies to enhance their competitive advantage.However,there are many problems such as information asymmetry,opportunistic risks and differences in interest appeal among the member companies in the Supply Chain,which have largely destroyed the green mechanism of the Supply Chain and seriously hindered the efficient development of Green Supply Chain.In this context,the collaboration between Supply Chain members based on the green concept has become an effective way to meet consumer and government requirements and achieve corporate goals.Therefore,how to effectively promote green collaboration among enterprises within the chain has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this article is the starting point for this issue,which will be mainly discussed from three aspects: the core enterprise as the promoter and manager of the entire Supply Chain,its network capacity has an important influence on the realization of green collaboration;How can core enterprises effectively improve corporate performance in the network era;whether government support policies as a macro factor of enterprises can adjust the impact of the relationship between core enterprise network capabilities,green collaboration and corporate performance.Through a large number of literatures,it is found that in the current empirical research on network capabilities and green collaboration,it is more to explore the relationship between the two and enterprise performance,and rarely directly integrate the three into a framework for research.Based on this,this paper takes the core enterprises in China's agricultural product Supply Chain as the research object,combines the ResourceBased view and the Enterprise Network Theory,introduces green collaboration as the mediator variable,and introduces government support as the moderator variable.The theoretical model of “network capability-green coordination-enterprise performance” is constructed,and research hypotheses are proposed based on theoretical analysis.Then the data was collected by questionnaire and the effective date of the sample was analyzed by SPSS 21.0 to verify the theoretical hypothesis proposed in this paper.Empirical research shows that both core enterprise network capability and green coordination have significant positive effects on enterprise performance,among which network management capability has the largest impact on enterprise performance.At the same time,the core enterprise network capability also has a strong promoting effect on green coordination,and the network relationship capability has the strongest effect.In addition,green coordination in the core network capability and enterprise performance relationship plays a partial intermediary role,the government support not only adjust the core enterprise cooperative relationship between network capability and green coordination,and the network capacity and the interaction of the government support by green coordination also serve as the intermediary,influence enterprise performance,namely the adjustment of the government support is intermediary variable.Finally,on the basis of the above research results,relevant practical suggestions are put forward from the perspective of enterprises and governments.For example,core enterprises should improve their network capabilities in a timely manner,and guide the alliance of companies within the chain to carry out green collaboration;the government should actively cultivate the agricultural product Supply Chain.The core enterprises,and increase government support and so on.
