Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Online Game Listed Companies

With the rapid development of the Internet,the online game industry has also developed quickly,which has brought huge contributions to Chinese CGDP in terms of economy.Because of its high growth,light assets and high returns,the online game industry has also become a hot topic of investment in the capital market.The online game market which has matured into a mature saturation stage,has weakened the demographic dividend and entered the stock competition,The entire industry is facing an integration trend.So in the A-share listed companies in China,how about the operating condition of the online game company?Only according to recognize the level of the financial performance by correctly that can help the companies to improve their operational strength.Therefore,in this context,this paper conducts a financial performance evaluation study on 51 online game listed companies that in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares.It is hoped that through scientific and reasonable evaluation,it will provide a realistic effect on promoting the better development of online game enterprises.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background,significance and main content of the research,and collects the previous scholars'research about the evaluation of corporate financial performance,and makes the research framework.The second chapter expounds the theoretical basis of related concepts and financial performance,and explains the principles of cluster analysis,multiple correlation analysis and factor analysis that used in the financial performance evaluation of the online game companies.The third chapter selects factor analysis as the evaluation method that is based on the research object of this paper after comparing several commonly used evaluation methods,and then selects 17 financial evaluation indicators from six aspects that profit,debt repayment,operation,development,shareholder's profit,cash flow through the cluster analysis and multiple correlation analysis.The fourth chapter uses SPSS software to extract common factors and calculate the factor scores and comprehensive scores of each year from 2015 to 2017 by factor analysis,and obtains the three-year comprehensive financial performance scores and rankings.The fifth chapter analyzes an enterprise in the sample that is YOOZOO Interactive CO.,LTD,gets its score and ranking of financial performance,and through the comparison of YOOZOO and the overall value of the industry from 17 evaluation indexes,the financial performance is analyzed concretely.Finally,the conclusions of the study are drawn and the recommendations are made.After research,it is found that the overall financial performance of online game listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares are not satisfactory except for the individual companies that show good performance.There are fewer leading and strong companies,and the companies that show good performance.There are fewer leading and strong companies,and the weaker enterprises have a growing trend.The financial performance of YOOZOO Interactive CO.,LTD.is not bad,and the overall business strength is strong.Then according to the conclusions,the paper puts forward some countermeasures such as strengthening the efficiency of R&D investment,rationally carrying out M&A and restructuring,improving the strength of the company,increaseing the company's profitability,raising team investment and developer training and so on.
