Since 2010,China's traditional shoe industry has entered a critical stage of development,and enterprise reform and development is imminent.Product homogenization is serious in this market,so that the competition among enterprises is fierce.At the same time,international brands continue to enter the Chinese shoe consumption market,which intensifies the competition and seriously squeezes the market share of Chinese local shoe brands.However,the popularization and development of the Internet and the change of people's consumption concept and level make the market put forward higher requirements for the development of business operation,and many traditional family shoe enterprises have embarked on the road of transformation.However,the effects of transformation are not the same.This paper mainly analyzes the reasons for the differences in strategic transformation of enterprises from the perspective of internal heterogeneity.It is of great significance and value to clarify the influence of internal factors of family enterprises on strategic transformation.This paper takes the strategic transformation of two family enterprises in the shoe industry as the object of study.Through the comparative analysis of the transformation of the two enterprises,the key factors affecting the effectiveness of the enterprise transformation are obtained,so as to provide reference for the smooth transformation of family enterprises.Facing the changing external environment,the two enterprises adjust their development strategies when the industry enters the transition period,but the effects of the transformation are quite different.Through this typical comparative study,the key factors affecting the success or failure of strategic transformation of enterprises are explored.Through the analysis,it is found that the differences in family business leaders,business teams,internal management and degree of family ownership are the main reasons for the differences in strategy selection and implementation.Then,a comparative study is conducted on the strategic transformation effect of the case company from the aspects of market performance,financial perspective,market share,industrial chain and learning and growth.It is found that after the implementation of relevant transformation measures,the two companies show huge development differences,and the transformation effect is completely different.Through the analysis,the final conclusion is drawn: in the process of strategic transformation of family business,as the core force of family business,business leaders should maintain advanced development and management concepts.At the same time,enterprises should constantly improve the governance structure to reduce the impact of family factors on enterprise management;Strengthen the construction of the management team,improve the management level,and realize the development of scientific and democratic management;What's more important is to improve the internal control level and supervision ability of enterprises and increase the risk control.With an excellent team,an enterprise can assess the situation,formulate a reasonable development strategy according to its own situation,and ensure the high-quality and efficient implementation of the strategy,so as to achieve brand remodeling and innovation,and realize sustainable development of the family business.
