With the continuous development of economy,the express logistics market has experienced explosive growth,resulting in express enterprises in various fields.Within a few years,the express industry has entered an era of comprehensive competition.With the continuous expansion of the new economic form in the Internet model,the level of consumption has been constantly upgraded.With the development of capital accumulation,express companies gradually make up for their shortcomings and begin to actively enter the target market of SF Express in Henan Province,because of the flexible mechanism,they gradually form a siege trend.Facing the strong enemy,what kind of competitive strategy should Henan SF Express take?Starting from Michael Porter's five-force model theory,this paper uses five force models as strategic analysis tools,namely,the threat of existing competitors,potential competitors,the threat of substitutes,the bargaining power of suppliers and the bargaining power of buyers.Combining with the industrial model of internal and external competitors and related industry competitors,this paper analyzes the influencing factors that determine the competitive strategy of SF Express in Henan Province in the logistics industry.The new economy,the Internet,and other factors are the inducement of competitors to produce new formats,as well as the threat of capital injection from.Finally,the consumer's consumption concept has changed dramatically,new retail and consumer demand continues to upgrade,resulting in different bargaining power.SF Express is a national express delivery enterprise,and its operation mode has its advantages and disadvantages that can not be changed.In the contest of various forces,what is the status quo of SF competitive strategy? Based on the restriction of relevant policies of SF Express Headquarters,this paper focuses on the internal problems of Henan SF Express and compares the advantages of its external competitors.The Five Forces Model is used as a strategic analysis tool.Henan SF Express can use this theory as a guide,take the Overall cost leadership strategy as the core as far as possible,optimize the cost reasonably,and choose the optimal competitive strategy of target market with differentiation strategy and Focus strategy.Under the environment of new economy internet,we can optimize resource allocation through scale optimization,organizational efficiency,technological cost,business expansion and inter-industry cooperation.As a business partner based on logistics,we should re-orientate our strategic thinking,shape market barriers and ultimately establish competitive advantages.
