Research On Financing Of Farmer Spelialized Cooperatives

Based on the rural household contract management,Farmer professional cooperatives is an kind of mutual aid economic organizations,where the same type of agricultural products production operators or similar agricultural production management services providers(users)voluntarily associate with each other and practice democratic management.In recent years,the national has strongly support the formation and development of the farmer specialized cooperatives.The rapid development of theses farmer cooperatives is going to make great contributions to the healthy development of agriculture,rural prosperity and stability,and also the continued income of the farmers.This paper summarizes the theoretical research on the development of farmer specialized cooperatives and the financing of farmer cooperatives at home and abroad,and understands the research results of farmers’ professional cooperatives financing.On this basis,this paper forms the starting point of this research.Based on the analysis of the development situation and the capital supply and demand situation of the farmers’ cooperatives,it is concluded that the farmers’ cooperatives are restricted by their own funds,lack of financial institutions support and limited government support.Through the analysis of cooperatives ’own construction and financing environment,the main causes of financing difficulties are the small scale of development of farmers’ cooperation,the low level of development,the flaws in organizational management,the lack of sound financial system and the lack of effective government financing support.This paper analyzes the development model of financial support for farmers’ specialized cooperatives in a few representative countries and draws lessons from them.With the above analysis,the integrated solution of farmers’ specialized cooperatives financing problem is put forward,as well as a series of targeting safeguards,which make the solution feasible.
