Countermeasure Study On Continuous Improvement Of HK Rural Commercial Bank After Reform And Transformation

Along with continual development of China's socialist market economy,"three rural issues" gradually attaches great importance to the party and the state.Finance,as the central driving force of economic development both in the course of large-scale development of a new socialist countryside and in addressing the "three rural issues",is particularly important.With the development of rural financial reform,the reform of rural credit cooperative become an important part of our financial system.According to related statistics,up to the end of 2015,among 2303 rural credit cooperatives,859 have been rural commercial banks,while 71 have been rural cooperative banks,and the remaining 1373 have basically completed the transformation of a unified legal at the county level.Rural commercial bank reform has attached great achievements,at the same time,rural financial supply shortage has not been fundamentally solved,and there are still many problems in its own operation and management.Therefore,it is necessary to consider the subject of deepening the reform of rural commercial banks to find out problems and propose measures to adapt in order to provide reference for other rural reform of financial institutions.The thesis mainly studied the subject of reform from HK Rural Credit Cooperative to HK Rural Commercial Bank,applying literature review method,investigation method and empirical analysis,analyzing development status,drawing on advanced theory and successful experience of reform of rural credit cooperatives both at home and abroad,pointed out problems of HK Rural Commercial Bank after the completion of the reform,and put forward proposals for further improvement and development of HK Rural Commercial Bank,in order to provide valuable reference for other development restructuring of rural credit cooperatives.
