This paper is mainly on the research of DG postal branch finance agency business marketing strategy,elaborates on the status of the company through the postal finance agency business and marketing problems,analysis of the environment,as well as key indicators of various resources systematically,the finance agency business,in the fierce economic competition to identify the problem the root,based on marketing scheme put forward specific corresponding to the reality of the enterprise.It is an important part of this thesis that we can find out the key source.This paper first discusses the DG postal company's main business and main products,from the analysis of the different business,to find out the underlying problems,mainly attributed to the customer structure,the third party payment market,seize the user agent insurance products sales difficulties,financial service profit point of transfer,personnel quality and service level of restrictions.These problems affect the further development of our company.Subsequent chapters will focus on issues and analyze them according to their circumstances.Using PEST,SWOT and other analysis methods,in-depth analysis of our environment,its own advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats facing,so as to gradually identify their own positioning,looking for solutions.In the discussion of the solution,mainly discussed in the fierce competition in the financial markets,how to adapt to the environmental trend,to the enterprise re selection and positioning,differentiated by means of marketing,differentiated service and team construction,to find out the survival and development opportunity,this paper analysis method is illustrated by comparison and analysis,financial services agency business,combined with the actual situation of systematic derivation strategy.
