With the development of China's securities market,listed companies increasing scale of the development of our national economy plays an important role,but to a large extent affect social stability.However,the balance of some listed companies is high,the debt structure is not reasonable,has restricted the development of China's listed companies is an important factor.Dent restructuring is an effective way to solve over-indebtedness.The author chose the ZHONGFU Company as the object of study,analyzing and summarizing the way,content,measure and expected effect of the debt restructuring.Try to discuss after the debt crisis,the ZHONGFU Company will how to improve the internal management structure and the corporate governance,and seeking a sustainable development road for itself.There are four parts in this article;the first part is refers to study background and purpose,related theories and references.The second part is about the company background,industry status and how debt form of ZHONGFU Company.The third part includes analyze of the company's capital structure,debt paying ability and profitability,necessity,way and effect of debt restructuring.The forth part gives a conclusion and revelation.This article from the causes of company's crisis perspective,try to give some advices for the same kind of listed company's sustainable development.
