| With the rapid development of economy,the enterprises have more opportunities and face challenges.People who are in the stress accelerated the pace of life that not only affects the physical and health of employees and reduces the happiness of staff.It is important to improve the engagement and happiness of staff.Many companies have reached a consensus that in order to improve core competence and earning capacity,they should focus on engagement and happiness of employees instead of economic strength or management concepts.Nowadays marketing competition is increasingly fierce,leaders are worried about the future development,based on charismatic leadership,this paper tries to explore the related solution and reasonable explanation.On the basis of literature review,the paper collect the relevant data with survey and statistical analysis software.For further research,also use the psychological contract as the mediating effect.The first part of the paper concludes and summarizes the literature review.It explains the current domestic and overseas research condition about the research on charismatic leadership,subjective well-being,engagement and psychological contract.At the same time,it puts forward the study conceptive model and theoretical assumption.The second part is the questionnaire survey and the statistic analysis through SPSS16.0 and Amos,In the third part it verify the accuracy of the hypothesis model.Finally confirms the theoretical assumption in order to make contributions to the permanent performance of enterprise. |
