Research On Quality Management Of Government Enterprise Cloud Project In Qingyang

Compared with individual customers,mobile government and business customers have the characteristics of high customer loyalty,high ARPU value,high DOU value and low net departure rate.At the same time,the government and enterprise customers have high social status and strong influence,which can affect the market expansion of the operators to a certain extent.After entering the era of big data,with the development of mobile broadband and the application of new technologies such as cloud computing,large data and Internet of things,the demand of the government and enterprise customers is changing,which provides an opportunity for the differential competition between the market of the government and the enterprise.Using the theory and method of quality management in the project management to guide the related work of the government and enterprise projects and improve the market competitiveness of the government and enterprise customers has become the focus of the work of the operators.Based on the research status at home and abroad,this paper studies the quality management of Qingyang Mobile Government Enterprise Cloud Project.First of all,it analyzes the current situation of Qingyang Mobile Government Enterprise Cloud Project Management and the corresponding problems in quality management.Then using method of rapid prototyping,the WBS work breakdown,and PDCA cycle management way of qingyang mobile enterprise cloud project quality management of project quality planning and management,project quality control management and project quality improvement management three aspects are studied.It was proposed that the division of responsibilities should be strengthened,the response period should be shortened,the gold database should be used,and the customer return visit mechanism should be established.Besides,improvement measures such as keeping up with competitors' activities,striving for informationized market share,making coordinated communication,emphasizing efficiency and improving customer perception are also suggested.Finally,it introduces the post-assessment of Qingyang Mobile Government-Enterprise Cloud Project,and proposes the future development strategy of the government-enterprise cloud project from the aspects of strengthening internal management optimization and external marketing enhancement.
