In the 1990 s,the urban water supply industry developed rapidly in China.With the continuous development of social economy,the awareness of users on water safety has been enhanced.Therefore,how to ensure the health and safety of drinking water is an important issue for everyone.This article use technical knowledge of water supply to answer some representative questions which the user daily complained.This paper analyzes that there are some problems in C water supply enterprises' customer complaint management.These measures have referenced value to other water supply enterprises.Water supply enterprises are service enterprises.Therefore,studying on water supply enterprises' customer complaint management is of important in promoting water supply enterprises' development.The customer service center is a department,which dealing with customer complaints firstly.And its working level is related to whether it can solve customer complaints quickly and effectively.Complaints cannot be eliminated,but they can be actively resolved.The defect in the management can be found by customer complaints.Effective rectification can help to reduce customer complaints rate.The improvement of water quality management depends that enterprises paying attention to customers' complaints.Based on research of customer complaints and management,this paper analyzes the present situations of C water supply enterprise's customer complaint.And this paper gives solutions in organization structure,which help C water supply enterprise to better serve customers,manage customers' complaint and gain customer loyalty.
