The issue of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” has always be attached great importance to by China.After the emergence of e-commerce platforms,there are new opportunities for the development of agriculture.The development of e-commerce is a new hot point in the development of the Internet.Many traditional industries have joined the development team of the Internet.In recent years,it has found a new breakthrough for traditional industries and made more profits for manufacturers because of the development of e-commerce.It provides more convenience for consumers,and even makes the consumption pattern of the whole society gradually change.As the most basic consumer goods and the later comers of e-commerce platform,agricultural products also follow the trend of e-commerce into e-commerce platform,which is necessary for the development of the trend of the times.First,it can help our agricultural products to get more sales channels,reduce the situation of unsalable due to regional problems,reduce the risk of planting improve the income level of rural population.Second,Consumers have more choices and can buy agricultural products all over the country.Although there are various kinds of agricultural products on sale in major e-commerce platforms,the development of e-commerce of agricultural products is not very successfully,which is determined by the characteristics of agricultural products.Agricultural products are not easy to store and are not suitable for transportation because of the short shelf life.Especially in our country,China have different climates because of the large latitude span of our country,which is bad for the agricultural products during transportation.The risk of online sales is increased,and it is often difficult for businesses to sell agricultural products on e-commerce platform.At the same time,there are more and more merchants entering the e-commerce sales of agricultural products.Competition is increasing day by day,and the cost of the platform is increasing.It is difficult for the merchants to benefit from the e-commerce of agricultural products.Therefore,it is necessary for us to study the development strategy of e-commerce of agricultural products.Small and medium-sized enterprises being engaged in e-commerce can find some new breakthroughs,can make the companies have more income,can make agricultural products be sold in a wider range,can reduce the unsalable situation of farmers' agricultural products,and can promote the healthy development of agricultural products e-commerce.In this paper,Sichuan Orange Fruit Agricultural Company,which has been doing agricultural products e-commerce in recent years,is an example to deeply analyze its current situation,find problems,and then find out better strategic choices through analysis.Specifically,it is first discovered that the company's agricultural products e-commerce has problems of high cost,slow logistics,unstable product quality,lack of innovation in business models,and imperfect laws and regulations on e-commerce platforms;Then analyzes from the macroscopic political,economic,social,technological,environmental,and legal factors.We can have a macro understanding of the entire agricultural product e-commerce industry through the EFE matrix analysis.Secondly,it analyzes internal resources and capabilities of the Sichuan Orange Fruit Agricultural Company through the IFE matrix to specifically to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Sichuan Orange Fruit Agricultural Company.Thirdly,followed by external and internal analysis,the Sichuan Orange Fruit Agricultural Company can choose Strategic strategy through the IE matrix and SWOT matrix of combine external and internal analysis.Finally,through QSPM matrix analysis for strategic evaluation,the strategic plan suitable for the best development of Sichuan Orange Fruit Agricultural Company is the combination of market penetration strategy and backward integration strategy,and proposes the implementation and guarantee of the development of e-commerce development of Orange Fruit Agriculture Company.Based on the research on the e-commerce development strategy of Sichuan Orange Fruit Agriculture Company,the problems of the company were discovered and the combination of market penetration strategy and backward integration strategy was put forward.The research shows that today's agricultural product e-commerce operation cannot be simply marketing.It is better to find a good strategic plan,do a good job in providing services and quality.The research in this paper can help small-scale enterprises of agricultural products to change the current situation and increase income,which can promote the better development of agricultural products and e-commerce.At the same time,they actively respond to the party's rural revitalization strategy and make a new socialist construction.
