The 21 st century is the new epoch of integration of world economy.Since China's accession to the World Trade Organization,China's foreign trade has developed rapidly, and the export scale of products has been expanding, which is an important driving force for China's rapid economic development. While foreign trade has continuously achieved new achievements, the scale of China's foreign trade enterprises has also grown.By the end of 2018,the number of domestic enterprises with import and export performance has reached 470,000.Based on various factors such as location and convenience of entering foreign markets, the export enterprises are highly concentrated in the eastern coastal areas of China and the core city in mid-western region of China with advanced economy.Under the background of economic globalization, urban agglomerations will play an increasingly important role in the global urban system. The new pattern of global urban systems characterized by urban agglomerations has attracted the government's attention.Domestically, under the policy of coordinated development of regional economy, various regions have started to build urban agglomerations.Incomplete statistics show that there are more than 30 urban agglomerations in China. In view of this situation, the 13 th Five-Year Plan clearly defines the overall pattern of China's urban agglomeration construction, indicating that there are 19 urban agglomerations entering the national vision. This paper explores the spatial structure and economic spatiality of China's 19 major urban agglomerations from a global perspective, and analyzes the cluster spatial structure and economic effects of Chinese export enterprises based on the export data. This paper uses the export data of 345 cities above the prefecture level in China from 2004 to 2013 to explore the spatial distribution of enterprises' exports across the country, and analyzes the spatial scope of the nineteen major urban agglomerations clearly defined in the 13 th Five-Year Plan.In addition, this paper uses a variety of data and indicators to study the economic, export situation and spatial characteristics of urban agglomerations. The research shows that the spatial distribution of Chinese export enterprises is generally dense in the eastern coastal areas, and the export enterprises in mid-western region of China are gradually sparse. From the longitudinal observation of time, the distribution of export spatial distribution in the eastern coastal areas is small. The export intensity of the midwestern region of China has been increasing over time, and the spatial structure has become prominent. Moreover, the spatial distribution of Chinese enterprises' exports is highly compatible with the spatial distribution of the 19 major urban agglomerations. Finally, the nineteen major urban agglomerations are the center of China's economic and export. The overall concentration of export specialization of urban agglomerations is on the rise. There is a positive spatial correlation between economic development and export volume in urban agglomerations. This paper takes 220 sample cities within the spatial distribution of the 19 major urban agglomerations as the research object. The spatial Dubin model was built to examine the impact of the cluster spatial structure of Chinese export enterprises on regional economic development from the aspects of the localized economic effects of Chinese export enterprises and the urbanization economic effects promoted by the development of 19 urban clusters. The empirical results show that:(1)the impact of spatial agglomeration of Chinese export enterprises on regional economic development is positive, but significant is susceptible to the remaining variables in the region.(2)China's industrial export enterprises have the strongest effect on the localized economy. The concentration of agricultural export enterprises can improve the economic development level of the city. However, the spatial effect is not significant, and it will reduce the significant effect of the industrialization enterprises' agglomeration space effect.(3)From the perspectives of total export, industrial export and agricultural export, the industrial division of labor among urban agglomerations in urban agglomerations has significantly improved the economic development, and has a greater influence on regional economic development.(4)The level of regional opening up has a positive effect on regional economic development, and the spatial effect is obvious.Based on the above conclusions, this paper proposes the following suggestions: First, the government should vigorously promote the construction of urban agglomerations, strengthen the industrial division of labor in cities within the region, and bring into play the urbanized economic effects of industrial agglomeration among cities.Second,China's export enterprises should focus on coordinating with the regional economic development of the country, relying on the opportunity of the country to build urban agglomerations, improve the group space structure of export enterprises.Third, the concentration of industrial export enterprises plays a leading role in the localized economy. It is necessary to promote the agglomeration and development of China's industrial export enterprises.Fourth,in the agglomeration of agricultural export enterprises, governments should develop modern agriculture according to regional characteristics and encourage industrial agglomeration of agricultural exports.Fifth, insist on deepening reforms, improve the level of opening up and make fuller use of foreign capital and foreign markets.
