P2P lending is a new mode of Internet financial investment in recent years.Since the inception of the world's first network lending platform in 2005,P2 P lending network have sprung up.Its existence not only represents the product of financial repression policy in our country, but also represents the idea of Inclusive Finance. The group of Inclusive Finance are mostly small and medium-sized enterprises and individual oriented.A vast majority of people can benefit from it.And it plays a good complementary role in promoting the healthy development of finance system in our country. The custody system can effectively solve the problems of this mode.Third-party payment institutions or custodian bank can effectively prevent diversion of assets. It also plays an important role in protecting the interests of investors and funds safety.Which also can prevent the moral risk and management in using money.According to the subject, the mode of P2 P escrow can be divided into third-party payment institutions and custodian bank at present.Third-party payment escrow is more widely used in practice. And bank escrow is developing at a steady pace with the supervision system developed. There is reason to believe that P2 P network platform will gradually back on track in today's custody system.Operation mode will also tend to be more rational development.Based on the escrow model of the commercial banks and third party payments, this paper gives the reasonable suggestions in three aspects.Firstly, regulatory rules of lending should be made quickly. Both right and obligations of both creditors and borrowers should be made clear. And large data credit system should be established;Secondly,P2P lending platform should enhance its ability to resist risk, strengthen self-discipline and cooperate with banks actively; Finally, investors should enhance the risk awareness and invest rationally.
