Research On The Development Strategy Of China’s Private Equity Fund In The Current Economic Environment

Private equity funds have been developed for nearly a hundred years,first developed in the United States and Europe and other regions,with the continuous development of the economy,private equity funds are gradually known by the public.Compared with developed regions such as Europe and America,the development of private equity funds in China is still immature.Under the current economic environment,private equity funds as a more important financing means and investment channels in the financial field.It has a great influence on the development of economy.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop the private equity fund of our country.It mainly raises questions about the development status of China’s private equity funds and proposes corresponding development strategies through analysis,and conducts a more comprehensive study,which can provide a clear idea for China’s private equity fund research.At the same time,according to the problems encountered in China,the specific influencing factors are analyzed.The empirical analysis is used to verify and based on the existing theoretical basis,countermeasures and suggestions can be made to ensure the development of China’s private equity fund industry in the current economic environment.Through research,it is concluded that the target enterprises have the greatest impact on China’s private equity funds,followed by the participants of the fund and the operating factors of the fund.The external factors include the economic environment,the legal environment and national policies.The impact of private equity funds is greater.In the macro,we must have the maintenance of national policies and establish sound laws and regulations and regulatory systems,which is also very important for the development of private equity funds in China.Figure3;Table10;Reference 50...
