With China's economic development entering the new normal period,the development of the financial industry is facing new opportunities and challenges.Under the background of new normal,the macro environment of operation has changed a lot.The state-owned financial investment enterprises,in line with the development goal of adjusting structure and steady growth,seek a foothold in the market by constantly adjusting their business functions,perfecting the system construction,optimizing the organizational structure of enterprises,and establishing an effective human resource management system.The financial industry itself is a knowledge-intensive industry,and the competition among enterprises tends to be the competition among talents.Through the stimulation of the macroeconomic environment,the state-owned financial investment enterprises need to abandon the extensive management of one carrot and one pit and turn to establish a dynamic,flexible and systematic human resource management system.This paper chooses XT holding company,a state-owned local financial investment platform which has been established for nearly ten years,as the research object.This enterprise is developing and innovating rapidly under the new economic background.The original business focus and organizational structure have been adjusted,and the human resource planning system has not yet matched with the new strategic goal.The existing middle managers can not meet the needs of the future development of enterprises.Through the questionnaire survey and interview to the senior management and middle and basic level managers,the paper collects the problems in human resource management.Based on the post analysis method and the competency model,this paper studies the imbalance between supply and demand of the personnel,clarifies the requirement of the post to the personnel ability,quality and quantity,establishes the selection standard,strengthens the internal flow of the personnel,and establishes the configurations system of the personnel flow.Hope to be able to provide some solutions for human resources configurations aspects of the enterprise ideas and ways to help promote the long-term healthy development of enterprises.
