In the past 40 years since China's reform and opening up,the tourism industry has developed rapidly.With the development of social economy and the progress of people's living standards,people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of life.Tourism has become the choice of many families.With the continuous development of tourism industry,tourism resources have been exploited unprecedentedly.Many tourism resources have formed a recessive competitiveness within the industry.At present,diversified management has become the main way to improve the competitiveness of tourist attractions.The diversified management model can meet the needs of tourists,improve the tourist experience and improve the tourist area.Core competitiveness.For Zhoucun Street,as a rare and well-protected ancient city tourism resource in China,there is a strong historical atmosphere inside the ancient city.Diversified management can make the ancient city culture more colorful and realize the optimal utilization of the ancient city resources.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and plan the diversified development strategy of Zhoucun Street Tourism Company on the basis of the analysis of its development status,in order to further enhance the tourism popularity and company performance of Zhoucun Street and achieve sustainable competitive advantage.For Zhoucun Street itself,its unique historical background and unique business model have become an important basis for this study.In order to achieve the above-mentioned research purposes,this paper first reviews the existing research and explains the tourism industry and its diversified development strategy;secondly,based on the basic data of Zhoucun Street Tourism Company,it analyses the company and its operation status;thirdly,based on the field survey data,it analyses Zhoucun Street Tourism Company from the external environment,internal environment and other aspects.Finally,based on the above analysis,the diversification development strategy of Zhoucun Street Tourism Company is formulated,and the implementation path and safeguard measures are put forward.It is found that the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Through the research,we find that the internal environment of Zhoucun Street is diversified,scarce and spatial centralization.It has a good momentum of development under the external resources environment of government support,regional cooperation and Rural Revitalization strategy.However,according to the research,we find that there are the following problems in the current scenic spot: low attractiveness of the scenic spot itself,ticket prices,and the surrounding ring.There are great differences between scenic spot environment and scenic spot environment,and there are problems in the internal management of scenic spot.2.The diversification implementation path of Zhoucun Street Tourism Company mainly consists of four aspects: the diversification of tourist attractions formed by the integration of scenic spots,the diversification of brand of creative tourism products formed by the innovation of tourist products,the diversification of market formed by strategic alliance with travel agencies,and the diversification of service formed by the promotion of service level.3.Finally,on the basis of diversification path,the paper puts forward safeguard measures for the diversification development of Zhou cun Street,mainly from the aspects of company management concept,policy reasons,staff construction and capital risk management and control.
