Research On Performance Evaluation Of Affordable Housing Project

The affordable housing project is an important issue for people's livelihood,and vigorously promoting the construction of government-subsidized housing projects is a major measure taken by the Party Central Committee and the State Council to solve the problem of housing difficulties in recent years.So people began to pay attention to whether the affordable housing projectt has achieved the expected goals and benefits.However,there is no scientific and operational evaluation index system for housing engineering.Under this background,this paper studies the performance evaluation of the subsidized housing project in A province,which has great significance for improving the construction quality and management level of the subsidized housing project.This paper first elaborates on the domestic and international research status of the affordable housing project,the performance evaluation of the affordable housing project,the audit result announcement and the content analysis method.Secondly,it sorts out the implementation procedures and performance evaluation of the affordable housing project.Thirdly,the management process based on engineering project division: before,during and after the event,combined with the contents of policies and regulations and audit results announcements,the relevant indicators have been increased or decreased,and the evaluation index system for affordable housing projects has been obtained.The system uses the content analysis method to analyze the audit results announcement of the affordable housing project of Province A,and compares the differences between the indicators in different management stages.In the above research content,the management suggestions for improving the affordable housing projects are put forward.Through research,it is found that the performance evaluation of the indicators in the post-stage of the affordable housing project in Province A is better than the preand mid-stage.At the same time,the three indicators of the specific indicators were analyzed and compared.In the pre-stage,the target performance was the best,and the engineering design was the worst.The performance of the indicators in the middle stage was not significant.In the post-stage index,the fund management performance was the worst.According to the results of performance evaluation,it is proposed that the affordable housing project should scientifically plan the objectives and raise funds reasonably in the pre-stage;strengthen the supervision of project construction qualityand strengthen the supervision of fund use in the mid-stage;strengthen the information disclosure and improve the standards in the post-stage.The entry and exit system aims to improve the system of the affordable housing project.
