In 2005,the United Nations first proposed the concept of inclusive finance.Under the principle of fairness,anyone can easily obtain the financial services they need at an affordable cost.Inclusive finance aims to lower the threshold of financial services.Incorporate vulnerable groups previously excluded by traditional financial institutions into the financial system.In 2006,the concept of inclusive finance was introduced to China by Chinese scholars.Today,the concept of inclusive finance is widely spread.In recent years,our society and government have gradually realized the significance and importance of the development of inclusive finance.The development of inclusive finance has become a hot topic.This paper first systematically introduces inclusive finance.Through its development status,it analyzes its achievements and shortcomings and its impact on farmers' income.Then through the construction of the traditional inclusive financial index and the use of the digital inclusive financial index,empirical research on its impact on the income of farmers in China.Through sub-regional empirical tests,we find that the development of inclusive finance in the three regions promotes the increase of farmers' income,and the promotion effect of the central and western regions is more obvious.The income level test shows that the development of digital inclusive finance is promoted in the low-income group.The effect is more obvious,and the promotion of traditional inclusive financial development is more obvious in the high-income group;the threshold model shows that the traditional inclusive financial development has a threshold effect on income promotion,and the promotion effect is more obvious when the development level is low.On this basis,this paper proposes to strengthen the construction of the inclusive financial system and the education of financial consumers.
