Research On The Popularization Of Science In Luoyang Under The Perspective Of "Internet +"

Internet technology in the "people-oriented" era of scientific and technological information,demonstrates the advantages of fully meeting people's needs for information diversification.As a product of scientific development and technological application,the Internet,in turn,serves scientific communication as its obligation.Under the current social development conditions,science popularization work should keep pace with the times,and the dissemination of popular science information should be more extensive and effective.We should raise awareness and deepen understanding from the perspective of "Internet +",and find our own position according to the law of communication,play a greater role and achieve greater results.However,in the past two years,the author found that the role of the Internet in the work of science popularization in Luoyang City has not been effectively played,which is limited by the local level of science and technology,hardware,but also related to the lack of systematic and effective research and analysis of science popularization workers.Based on the existing research,combined with comparative analysis,interview and other research methods,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of science popularization in Luoyang,and probes into the main problems existing in the work of "Internet + Science Popularization",and puts forward some measures for improvement from the five aspects of developing science popularization work.This paper includes the following four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,current situation,contents,methods and related concepts of this paper.It also identifies the theoretical basis of this study by reviewing previous studies in the field of "Internet + science".The second part analyses the current situation of science popularization in Luoyang,including the policies and regulations,investment,personnel,activities,infrastructure construction and information development of science popularization in Luoyang.The third part,combined with the current situation of science popularization in Luoyang,focuses on analyzing the problems faced by Luoyang science popularization work under the background of "Internet +",and analyzes the causes of these problems,and takes them as the realistic basis for this study.The fourth part tries to put forward the Countermeasures for promoting the popularization of Science in Luoyang under the background of "Internet +",and puts forward relevant suggestions on the popularization of science.Finally,this paper summarizes the full text,points out the shortcomings in the process of research and puts forward some ideas for improvement,in order to provide some reference for the work of science popularization in Luoyang City.
