Application Research Of UBI Auto Insurance Project Management Based On WBS

With the maturity of vehicle networking technology and the popularization of 4G network,UBI(Usage-based auto insurance)vehicle insurance has gradually appeared in the public's vision,which transits the driving risk from simple "from car" to "human".It is based on the birth of the era of big data,and it is a comprehensive and more humanized supplement and innovation to the existing vehicle insurance.Domestic scholars have fully affirmed the positive impact of UBI automobile insurance on China's automobile insurance market,believing that UBI automobile insurance is a new direction for the development of China's automobile insurance in the future.The development of UBI automobile insurance in the world is changing with each passing day.The major insurance companies in various countries are actively promoting the continuous development of UBI automobile insurance.However,whether UBI automobile insurance can develop smoothly in China has always been questioned.Judging from the current situation,the development of UBI automobile insurance in China is very unsatisfactory.Although China has carried out vehicle insurance premium reform,due to market environment and policy factors,UBI products from the insurance company level have never landed.UBI automobile insurance in China is facing many difficulties.The insufficient actuarial level of insurance companies,insufficient government support and insufficient customer awareness of automobile insurance products all affect the development and prosperity of UBI automobile insurance.How to get out of the current predicament and how to solve the current problems that restrict the development of UBI need to be studied.This paper first elaborates the great value of the application of UBI automobile insurance,then describes the current development of domestic UBI automobile insurance projects and the problems of weak promotion and slow development,and analyzes the deep-seated reasons.Subsequently,from the subjective point of view of consumers,the author draws the bottleneck of the development of UBI automobile insurance in China by means of questionnaire survey,and proceeds from the actual situation of China's market environment,insurance companies and automobile insurance buyers,combines the current situation and contradictions of the automobile insurance industry,integrates the management thinking and technical tools of WBS,and combines the organizational decomposition structure.The use of OBS and earned value method gives some suggestions and effective solutions for better and faster promotion of UBI vehicle insurance projects.Finally,aiming at several links of UBI automobile insurance project which are easy to be neglected,the author puts forward some suggestions for improvement,hoping to help relevant insurance companies in implementing similar projects.
