Study On The Impact Of Agricultural Land Transfer On Farmers' Income

The fight against poverty and the rural revitalization strategy are focused on improving farmers' incomes and improving farmers' living standards.Since 2014,the central government has started the reform of rural land property rights and encouraged the transfer of agricultural land.Revitalizing land resources play the role of land property to find an effective way for farmers to increase income.It is necessary to thoroughly sort out the influence relationship of agricultural land transfer on farmers' income,and provide theoretical support for establishing a scientific and rational agricultural land transfer system and effectively increasing farmers' income.Based on the Marxist Economics and the New Institutional Economics,this study analyzes the current situation,problems of agricultural land circulation and farmers' income and constructs the mechanism of agricultural land circulation affecting farmers' income.This paper empirically tests the direction and impact mechanism of agricultural land transfer on farmers' income,and makes a comparative analysis of the effects of the impact mechanism.The main contents and conclusions of this study are as follows:The scale of agricultural land circulation has been continuously expanded,and the degree of centralized agricultural land has been continuously improved.With policy permitting,local governments have explored the formation of agricultural land circulation models that conform to their own characteristics.However,it is necessary to establish and improve agricultural land transfer trading mechanism,protect the use of grain farming in the transfer of agricultural land,and ensure the interests of farmers.The income of farmers has continued to grow,and wage income has become the main source of income for farmers.The regional differences in income are obvious.To make farmers' incomes reasonable and stable,it is necessary to expand the channels for farmers to increase their income,increase the proportion of property and transfer income in the income of farmers,and narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas.The mechanism of the impact of agricultural land transfer on farmers' income is summarized as: production and operation improvement mechanism,land allocation optimization mechanism,agricultural land relationship improvement mechanism and policy incentive mechanism.The production and operation improvement mechanism will increase the operating income through the intensive cultivation and management organization form innovation after the increase of the scale of agricultural land circulation.The land allocation optimization mechanism increases the transfer of management rights and the increase of land value in agricultural land transfer to increase property income.The agricultural land relationship promotion mechanism raises wage income by reducing the dependence of agricultural labor on land and the release of labor.The policy incentive mechanism is to increase transfer income according to scale subsidies and agricultural production policy support.The four impact mechanisms form a joint effort to increase farmers' income.Based on the national fixed observation point data,the impact of agricultural land transfer on farmers' income was tested by OLS+ robust standard error,GLS and 2SLS.The empirical results show that the transfer of agricultural land plays a positive role in the increase of farmers' income.The mechanism of the impact of agricultural land transfer on farmers' income exists.The farmers' management,property,wages and transfer income are all increased after circulation.The relationship between agricultural land transfer and farmers' income is established in the eastern,central and western regions.The policy incentive mechanism has the strongest income increase,the land allocation optimization mechanism has the second effect,and the production and operation improvement mechanism has the smallest impact coefficient.However,in the central and western regions,the impact coefficient of the agricultural land relationship promotion mechanism is greater than the impact coefficient of the land allocation optimization mechanism.Finally,based on the theoretical mechanism analysis and empirical results,the corresponding policy recommendations are proposed for the improvement of farmers' income through the transfer of agricultural land.It is necessary to further encourage the transfer of agricultural land,cultivate new agricultural business entities to increase income from agricultural operations,improve the agricultural land transfer trading mechanism to protect farmers' income,and effectively narrow the income gap of farmers in the region.The main contribution of this study is to construct the mechanism of the impact of agricultural land circulation on farmers' income.Through the mechanism to build a more in-depth display of the impact of agricultural land transfer on farmers' income,and use empirical analysis to compare the effects of different impact mechanisms on the income of farmers.The effect of the impact mechanism can more clearly show that the current agricultural land transfer is perfect and still needs to be improved,and provides theoretical advice for effectively improving the income of farmers from the transfer of agricultural land.
