| Agriculture is the advanced stage of agricultural development.Agriculture in county regions is not only the basic unit of national modern agriculture,but also has significant regional racteristics.It can improve the land output rate and labor productivity,achieve large-scale agricultural production,specialization and regional advantageous agricultural industrialization,and also develop agriculture into a highly commercial industry.At present,the development of agriculture in county areas in China is faced with such problems as unbalanced regional development,insufficient driving force of science and technology,low industrialization of agriculture,strong homogeneity of agricultural products and difficulties in sales.How to effectively promote the development of modern agriculture in county area under the condition of county resource endowment is an important topic for rural revitalization.Based on this,this paper takes modern agriculture in Kangping county,Liaoning province as the research object,systematically expounds the development status of modern agriculture in Kangping county,compares it with Liaoning province and the whole country,reveals the development degree of modern agriculture in Kangping county,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is based on the following logic.Firstly,it defines and distinguishes the concepts related to traditional agriculture,modern agriculture,post-modern agriculture and racteristic industries with agricultural advantages.The racteristics and development stages of agriculture were systematically expounded,the basic theories and evaluation indexes of agriculture were analyzed,and the practical experience of modern agriculture abroad was sorted out.Secondly,the present situation of modern agriculture in Kangping county is analyzed.This paper analyzes the development status of agriculture in Kangping county from four dimensions: agricultural input level,agricultural output level,agricultural social development level and agricultural sustainable development level.Then,the development level of agriculture in Kangping county was compared between China and the province.Based on the five dimensions of "overall level,agricultural input level,agricultural output level,agricultural social development level and agricultural sustainable development level",Kangping county was compared with Liaoning province and the whole country by index,weighting and other methods.Finally,based on the analysis of modern agriculture in Kangping county,the research conclusions and Suggestions are drawn.Research shows that the comprehensive evaluation index of the development level of modern agriculture in kangping county from 2013 to 2016 is between 0.50 and 0.75,and the development level of modern agriculture in kangping county is in the initial stage of realization.Compared with Liaoning province,modern agriculture in Kangping county from 2013 to 2016 was inferior to the overall level of Liaoning province in the indicators of "agricultural input level,agricultural output level,rural social and economic development level,agricultural sustainable development level and comprehensive".Compared with the whole country,Kangping county was better than the whole country in the index of "agricultural sustainable development level" from 2013 to 2016.In 2013 and 2014,the comprehensive development level of agriculture in Kangping county was better than that of the whole country,but it was worse than that of the whole country in 2015 and 2016.Other indicators above,Kangping county is almost inferior to the overall national level.It can be seen that sustainable agriculture in Kangping county has advantages and is the future development direction.Recently,from the perspective of "improving the level of agricultural input,agricultural output and rural social and economic development",this paper puts forward some Suggestions to promote the development of modern agriculture in kangping county.At the same time,it points out that "sustainable development" is the optimal direction for the development of modern agriculture in kangping county,and puts forward specific measures from the aspects of strengthening ecological protection,reducing the use of fertilizers and pesticides,improving the construction of irrigation and water conservancy,paying attention to crop rotation,adjusting the planting structure,cultivating racteristic agricultural products,and promoting the regional construction of racteristic industries. |
