In the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,China has undergone rapid changes.The degree of marketization is getting higher and higher,and the economic and social environment is becoming more complex.In the fierce market competition,enterprises should not only provide competitive products or services,but also establish a scientific risk management system in order to ensure the healthy operation of enterprises.And customer credit risk management is the key point in enterprise risk management.SC Company is a listed state-owned enterprise.Good customer credit risk management and scientific customer credit risk management system will be beneficial to the company's expansion of business scale while reducing business risks and achieving the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.This paper analyses the problems existing in the customer credit risk management system of SC company by the guidance of "3+1 Scientific Credit Risk Management Model" and SC's historical credit cases,and then streamlines the system on four aspects of "pre-event,in-event,after-event and institutional transformation" and puts forward optimization strategies.One of the main features of this paper is to compare target customers' financial indicators with the worst,the average and the optimal indicators when designing customer credit rating model,so that the credit level of the target customer in the industry is more objectively evaluated.Another feature of this paper is to manage the customers at different levels on the basis of their credit rating,and take different management measures to avoid the impact of one-size-fits-all management on the development of business,which reflects the scientific nature of management.The research content of this paper has reference value for SC company's risk management in some extent.
