An Empirical Study On The Impact Of The Removal Of Counties Into Districts On County Financial Development

It is an important way for the district to adjust the county,and it is also the strategic choice of the local government to accelerate the urbanization process.Since 1983,the district of our country has been pilot,expanded and quickly adjusted for three stages,and will enter a new period of rapid adjustment in the next five years.In order to further understand the changes in the financial development situation in the context of the county setting,select 97 samples in the district of the county in 2015,and use the two difference(DID)model,from the two dimensions of the financial development level of the county and the development efficiency of the county,and explore the influence of the district on financial development.On the one hand,the study found that the district of the county was able to increase the credit support force of the county level and improve the financial correlation rate of the county area,and the overall financial development level was promoted.On the other hand,the county area has no significant effect on the efficiency of the county's financial scale,but it has been in the way of improving the efficiency of the county area financial purely technical efficiency and reducing the efficiency of county financial development in general.Therefore,although the county district finance has developed in the process of removal of the county,it has not achieved the technical efficiency of finance.According to the proposal,the first,relying on the characteristics of the original county and the development of financial and industrial development;Second,we will stimulate the vitality of financial markets and make full use of financial resources to support the development of the county.Third,seize the opportunity to remove the county area and promote the development of the county area from the influence of factors to the technological innovation.
