The Reserach On Decision Model Of Collaborative Replenishment Of Lighting Company A

As a collaborative supply chain inventory management technology,Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment can increase the sales of suppliers,and decrease the inventory of vendors at the same time.This essay is different from other studies,which reflect the strategies of CPFR from the point of view of retailers.This essay focuses on the replenishment decision of luminaries manufactures and their dealers at the point of view of manufactures and dealers instead of the angle of suppliers and retails,which is based on CPFR model.How can company A and his dealers make the right decision of replenishment in the model of CPFR to meet the order requirements better and increase the inventory turnover of company A is the purpose of this research.The study found that sales forecasting is not one of the simplest reasons of the undesirable supply chain level of luminaries manufactures.Further trial fond that even if manufacturing enterprises and the dealers make collaborative forecast,the improvement of rates of fulfillment and inventory turnover still cannot get guaranteed.We found that the progress of replenishment is the main factor which impacts the improvement under the normal level of forecasting.And the progress of replenishment of dealers is the decisive factor of the level of supply chain of company A.To better the progress of replenishment,company A and the dealers must reach an agreement about the logic of replenishment decision and design a system which is easy to implement together.Above all,the scientific replenishment decision of company A and its dealers is the core factor to improve the supply chain level of luminaries manufactures.This paper is divided into six parts.This dissertation firstly describes the background and situation of this topic,and then grasps the meaning of this share of design.The second part introduces the development of Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment.The third part recommends the current situation of the replenishment management of company A and analyzes the existing problems.In the fourth part,we elaborated the logic and implementation of replenishment decision.The fifth part summarizes the CPFR implementation mode of company A.And finally,the conclusion and prospect of this paper is presented.This paper is different from other scholars in the following to aspects.The first one is,considering the operation of CPFR mode from the angle of the replenishment of dealers.And the other one is the design CPFR collaborative decision models and tools.
