The central enterprise is a group of enterprises that bear special missions and responsibilities in the development of the national economy.Its M&A behavior is an effective way to cut into new business areas and occupy new business segments.The evaluation of the effectiveness of its mergers and acquisitions needs to be analyzed from the perspective of its special mission and responsibility.This thesis first introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research on the effect of enterprise mergers and acquisitions under the background of central enterprises,and then introduces the related concepts and theories involved in the research process,laying the foundation for the subsequent case analysis.Secondly,it sorts out the current situation of enterprise mergers and acquisitions under the background of China's central enterprises.Then,based on the case of the acquisition of XX Company by the Central Enterprise XX Research Institute,it conducts an in-depth analysis of the M&A process and effectiveness under the background of central enterprises,and acquires the XX Institute.XX company's M&A effectiveness was studied.Finally,combined with business practice,suggestions for research and further improvement of M&A effectiveness were proposed.Through in-depth research and analysis on the effectiveness of corporate mergers and acquisitions in the context of central enterprises,this thesis finds some useful lessons for the mergers and acquisitions of central enterprises,and can achieve the results of the comprehensive and objective reflection of the results of mergers and acquisitions in the context of the above-mentioned central enterprises,and further enrich The theoretical perspective of the analysis of the effectiveness of corporate mergers and acquisitions in the context of central enterprises.
